YEAHHH HARDCORE SHOPPINGGG IN MYEONGDONGGG
My girls were all eggcited about H&M in Myeongdong, but oops we stayed at Everysing and SPAO for 2-3 hours cause I was reacting slowly with my headache and fever.
My husband Yunho <3
Oops paisehfying, but heheehhe WHY NOT RIGHT. Kind of sucky that there's no TVXQ (WHEN I SAY TVXQ I MEAN 5 MEMBERS).
WOOHOO chiong to H&M straight after buying my SPAO stuffs. Spent around 1 hour+ looking at clothes there, got really giddy after paying for my stuffs. Blacked out for roughly 15 minutes and I really have no idea why. Guess it was the weather in Korea and I couldn't really adapt to it; hot in the day and cold at night. I was wearing a cardigan in the day and I think it got really stuffy for me. Alan decided to shop for a while more so Sam, Jingyi and I went to 안동찜닭 (Sam's boss's recommendation) for our lunch.
RECHARGED AFTER THE LUNCH. TOTALLY. Probably one of the nicest lunch we had AWWWWWWWW <3
SALIVA DRIPPING WHILE BLOGGING.
Random much, my second favourite boy in TVXQ.
Alan joined us after 45 minutes-1 hour and we started our official shopping craze!
Not much photos of that, but we managed to bump into a lady who had bandage over her chin and head. Even Koreans were amazed at the sight when she walked past us. PLASTIC SURGERY WOOHOO! Pushed Sam and Jingyi to a shop she entered. "She's from China" Oh woah........
Beanpole, G-dragon yo!
Stupid Snoopy dancing in front of us when we were in front of BSX.
Passed by this Frisbee (Apple shop in Korea) and Alan wanted to take a look at Ipad prices. This salesman came to Alan and was trying to figure out what she asked. Tall, Japanese look, looks rather fierce initially but when we started speaking English he looked really puzzled. And so Alan was asking about some tax-refund thing and I realize speaking in Korean would be easier.
Me: Do you have.. tax refund? Tax-free...?
Him: OMMO YOU GAVE ME A SHOCK. Why didn't you speak Korean when you know how to?!
(ehhh cause I didn't really know what tax-free is in Korean..?" can't remember what I replied thought)
Him: I got so flustered when I heard English! Aish JINJJA *with the hand gesture* (and he went to the counter to calculate the tax-refund amount)
BLOODY CUTE. Should have snapped a picture of him cause I think his flustered face was so worth looking again ARGH. Went back to the store 2-3 times after that day (NOT TO FIND HIM OKAY) but he wasn't working there for those few days OH IM VERY SHHHAD.
No idea what it is called, shall name it Tornado Potato!
Only Korea has this Bulgogi Burger in Macdonalds! Stupid girls trying to bet about this certain drink we saw outside the Macdonalds.. yeah random much hahaha.
TA-DA, our stuffs all combined together for just a day of shopping!

Fangirl-ing time! Took the train to Ttutseom area and went to find JYP and SM entertainment companies. Didn't manage to find SM though oh welllll...
Found JYP after walking for a certain distance + cab, went to the nearby restaurant for our brunch. Lots of signatures there, such as Yoojaesuk's, 2pm's (with Jaebeom), miss A, Kimjoongkook and some others who I can't really remember.
JYEAHHHHHHHHHH SAMGYEOPSALLLLL
We went to Dunkin' Donuts which is just opposite of JYP building and nuah for a while.
Crazy fangirls vandalizing the poster.
PARK SHIHOO'S AUTOGRAPH OMG I LOVE YOU BABY.
Found our way to CUBE...
Don't really understand why fangirls love to vandalize this much.
Happy birthday Dongwoon baby <3
Took a photo of that once we got out of the lift (it was at level 2/3), got stopped by a pretty cute guy who asked us why we were here, and we took the lift to level 4/5.
And ZOMG we heard music playing out loud and we could see sneakers outside the practice room! BUT SHIT I HAVE NO GUTS TO ENTER THE ROOM. It could be the trainees but omg WHO KNOWS RIGHT. But anyway after struggling with our minds, we decided to leave :(
Couldn't find SM entertainment so we went over to Harunohee Cafe which we have planned to visit cause of it's Strawberry Shortcake. The nice taxi uncle even called the cafe to ask for directions. But it was embarrassing cause we arrived, the ladyboss was prepared to see this 4 Singapore girls hahahaha.
The ladyboss was really friendly but SHIT. STRAWBERRY.SHORTCAKE.IS.NOT.AVAILABLE. She explained that it's not strawberry season now and strawberry shortcake will only be available next year. ZOMG NEXT YEAR? NO WAYYYYYY :'(
Since we have no other choices, she recommended us Patbingsoo and we decided on ordering another waffle with chocolate syrup. LESIGH MY SHORTCAKE BUT WHAT TO DO?!
We asked for more syrup, she agreed and came back with a whole plate of chocolate syrup for us. Yahoo LOL.
OH LESIGH.
The decorations in the shop are really pretty though. Would die for those walls.
She came to talk to us and read our itinerary briefly. I thought she looked pretty young in person but she was already 30/32. And once again she was impressed that almost all of us could speak and understand Korean. She could speak Japanese but not really English :( A very nice lady and her shop is awesome with those cute notebooks and stickers lol.
With Minjoo unnie ^_^
She told us that we could stroll to the Children's Park first if we're intending to go Lotte Shop area. "5-10 minutes walk, you can enjoy the scenery" Well actually we were pretty scared when Koreans told us it's a 5-10 minutes walk to our destination. It always end up being a 20-25 minutes walk LOL. But her words proved to be correct, and the scenery was pretty nice while we were on the way to Lotte Shop.
Passed by Children's Grand Park and Jingyi and I were freaking random, came out with the idea of taking photos with the kids who were sitting on the bench. "Jingyi gogogo you go first"
"1, 2, 3". The green shirt boy was being uncooperative! So it's my turn...
"Hey kids, look there. 1, 2, 3!"
HEHEH LOOK AT MY PHOTO, JINGYI LOSER.
Konkuk University, Dongwoon's school <3
And so we reached Lotte Shop, walked around, went to Rodeo Street, bought some shoes, and headed to Ttutseom Hangang Park for the night.
I LOVE FOUNTAINS. Flew to the fountains once I see it from far. <3
Went up some tunnel thing (?) to slack and Sam ended up dancing to Fiction. HAHAHAHAH WTH.
BYONG.
8th June 2011
Trained to KTO in noon to ask about Lotte Duty Free shop.
Reached Lotte Duty Free Shop in Euljiro, had our lunch at the food court, shopped around and went out to their Star Avenue corner.
This thing is freaking cool. It's dark initially but once you placed your hands inside the whole area would light up WOOHOO!
Fail jump shot lah stupid girls. Hahahah
And so we decided to watch Nanta at Myeongdong area, and according to the lady at KTO it's VERY near. "Around 5 minutes" (REMEMBER THE 5 MINUTES CURSE I MENTIONED EARLIER ON?) Didn't know which way to walk to so we asked around. A salesperson in a handphone shop led us to the wrong way, but luckily we decided to ask another working guy and we reached Myeongdong safely! AND YES IT'S A 5 MINUTES WALK <3
We were hungry few hours after the lunch at Lotte, roamed around and found this Naengmyun shop with lots of students = CHEAP.
Naengmyun, Jingyi's favourite.
Sam hated veggies but she managed to eat a lot of this cause it simply tasted amazing with the sesame oil+veggies+BBQ pork that came with the set. WULALA.
BBQ Pork, meat=our best friend.
Time for NANTA!
No photos were allowed when the show starts. Love the show! And towards the end they were having some competition between the blue and red team and the Nanta casts left the stage, walked over to the audience to look for teammates. Shit tried my best to avoid as much as possible but we were sitting at the side (easier to pull out). I could see the guy at the corner of my eyes standing near to us, and I was just thinking "Okay just a look". FUCK IT THAT ONE LOOK BROUGHT ME UP TO THE STAGE _|_
Awkward much, the female cast asked me where I'm from when I got up the stage. "I'm from Singapore." "Oh Singapore!! NI HAO NI HAO!" (FINALLY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS SINGAPOREAN CAN SPEAK CHINESE!!!!) I was asked to wrap some dumplings with cabbage. Grabbed one dumpling skin, scooped some cabbage onto it and pinched it shut. Got really nervous (hoped I didn't look like a loser on stage :( ) and the casts left the stage for a while, leaving 4 audiences on the stage. OMG AWKWARD MAX. My team lost (I THINK?), held hands with the other audiences, bowed and left the stage. Got a wet tissue from the female cast and continued to watch my show again. They gave me a coupon and I went out to collect my souvenier from the gift shop.
I'm in the purple dress. Hahahha
And awkward much again cause when I went toilet all could recognize me and they were all smiling at me. ZZZZZZZZZZZ Got pulled up stage by Sachoom in Singapore, and now Nanta. GREAT EXPERIENCES HUH

Last night at Bong House before we fly to Seoulwise Guesthouse! Discussed a while and figured out that we should head to Dongdaemun for a second try. Told them we should head to Hello APM!, the prices of clothes there should suit us more.
Brunch at Hyehwa area, remembered the guy working there being rather cute (okay not the main point....), and Sam finally found her favourite food in Korea!
Kimchi fried rice!
And yeah Hello APM! after our food, went to the basement to look for clothes and came across this guys apparels shop.
We were just looking at the shop which is located in the middle, and saw this guy with weird moustache sitting opposite the shop, using his laptop. Was thinking to myself "Definitely not a friendly guy, omg just LOOK at that moustache and the guailan face"
We were roaming in the shop and he came over to ask if we need any help. I was sitting at the coach and he was just standing there, looking at us with a rather puzzled look. Figured out that I should speak in Korean to amaze him...
Me: "Do you know how to speak in English?"
Him: "Oh no...." *stones for a while "OH your Korean is pretty good huh?"
Me: "Oh yeah we've learnt in Singapore.. I can only speak a little bit"
Him: "OH YOU SPEAK GOOD KOREAN!"
And yes all the conversation started LOL. He told us he thought we were from China cause he heard us speaking in Chinese, but we spoke in English as well so he was thinking which country we were from exactly.
Him: "Our clothes are all from Korea, Hongkong, Japan, no made in China." Lol zzzzz
He took some tops and started matching them with other pants, hell the salespeople are really fast when it comes to matching clothes, especially guys. He "modeled" for some clothes and Alan took photos of his outfits and showed her boyfriend. Got so freaked out cause he's really skinny and he was like "yeah I know I'm skinny..." STOMACH, SO, BLOODY, FLAT.
Standard, "So you can speak English, Chinese, and now Korean? What's about Japanese?" Don't really understand why they always add Japanese after mentioning that 3 languages, but I was thinking of picking up Japanese after mastering Korean.
He was really funny and I suggested to take a photo together with him before we left the shop.
Standard ah, I find it awkward to like stand there so I showed the peace sign, and he did the same after that. Same thing happened to the Insadong neoprint shop guy hahahah (the standard Korean pose yo). He asked to look at the photo we took and commented..
Him: "Wah... Don't I look like a model?"
(Without hesitation I replied)
Me: "No." SHORT.AND.SWEET. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA.
Him: "YAAA (in the korean style) you said you don't speak Korean well but you understand this!"
HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA and he got really excited omg his look was priceless HAHAHAHAH SHIT I WISHED I COULD VIDEO THAT DOWN.
And I'm still pretty disturbed by his moustache so..
Me: *pointing to Jingyi "My friend thinks your moustache is..."
(Jingyi muzzled me using her smelly hand)
Him: "Why why why? Why why why? Strange? Strange?" (No joke he seriously sounded excited when I mentioned his moustache HAHAHAH)
Me: "AHHH no.. she thinks your moustache is special."
Him: "OH REALLY? You feel that, you feel that?" *constantly touches his moustache*
He repeats his words for at least 2 times when he gets thrilled. Funny max.
Didn't want the same tragedy to happen again, so I asked his name and age.
(thinks for a while)
Him: "M.S.... Myungsoon. I'm a 1985-er"
OPPA YA! Okay I didn't say that out but it's obvious that he's older.
Oh Koreans have a lot of gestures as well. The love to do the "blah blah blah" hand gesture when they are complementing on my Korean speaking skill. Such as "Woah you speak good Korean" + the hand gesture. I only remembered my teachers doing that to me when I speak A LOT in class. Same gesture, different meaning _|_
Left his shop and he patted my shoulders before we left. Random but I felt the need to mention this cause I've never met salespeople in Singapore who do such things. Koreans are really comfortable with patting, hugging and holding stranger's hands. OF COURSE THEY DON'T DO IT RANDOMLY. Will talk about more of such incidents later on.
We went to higher levels to look for clothes and reached a level with ALL SALESMEN. Omg crazy shit it's freaking empty so they were just trying to talk to you (or I would say flirt) when you passed their shops. "Hi what's your name, how old are you, where are you from?" "80 years old." "80 years old?!?!" HAHAHAH
Stopped by this shop with a pretty boy and a pretty much average looking guy. It was located a certain distance away from ALL the salesmen (that corridor has just that 2 guys) so it was not that stressed to be looking around in that shop. Talked a little, both guys were tall and I asked the average guy for his age. "I'm a 1990-er" ...... HUH OUR AGE?! I gave him the HUH?! face and he was like "Yeah same age..." Then the pretty boy commented "I'm a 1987-er.. I'm your Oppa" ......... *AWKWARD SILENCE* We looked at him and said "Okay..." and he was like erhh....... okay and continued talking about the shirts. LOL we are definitely not comfortable with calling guys Oppa.. Wth if you are in Singapore and you go around calling people "GorGor", it means you are 1. Secondary School Girls 2. Ahlian. But well that pretty guy was quite hot and he reminded me of 2pm Junsu (the hotter version).
Still couldn't get over the fact that the guy is 1990-er so I asked again "You're really a 1990-er?" then he said "yeah" Gave him a frown + a super doubtful face without saying anything. "Why? Why? Why?" HAHAHHA Panic mode+repeat continuously HAHAHA. Okay just wanted to tease him, he didn't really look old but he was tall and mature looking.
Bought clothes from them, then passed by this guy who was really enthusiastic. Kept telling us how cheap his clothes were and was a little aggressive, not really keen of buying from him cause the clothes are not very cheap. We left after he talked for like 5-10 minutes, his expression wasn't that pleased. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ hate such people.
Had enough of shopping so we left and bumped into this 4-D theatre. 10000won for 4 people (if I didn't remember wrongly) so we went to took the ride.
Took the Snow Coaster (the second one from the top row) and the girls screamed their heads off in the theatre LOLOL. The seats were vibrating LIKE CRAZY and it felt damn funny cause... I guess I don't have to say out cause it will be a little embarrassing LOL. But anyway, pretty fun and worth trying out!
Noraebang next! Planned to visit the Noraebang at Dongdaemun but we decided to just go back to Hyehwa area for our singing session. Love Noraebang omg I hoped my voice was better that night. Screw you cough + fever + flu :(
HIGH HIGH, I'M SO HIGHH
Then we went to our hostel Bong House and asked to book a maxi cab for our way to our next hostel Seoulwise Guesthouse the next day.
Bong House is.. okok I guess. Location is not too bad, but I don't think I would want to stay here in the future. Mr Bong (the hostel owner) is a pretty friendly guy, but his English is not really good and he tends to be a little forgetful.. But it's all good.
Okay more posts later on.......................
